All UK deliveries are charged at £10.00 per order regardless of order size. If your order is shipped via multiple consignments, you will still only be charged the single flat fee.

The cost of European and International deliveries are calculated at checkout in real time due to ever changing rates and currency fluctuations. We will endeavour to find the most cost effective shipping agent from a range of our preferred suppliers such as DHL and TNT. Any import duties that may be imposed by the authorities in the destination country will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Our delivery charges include full insurance to provide you with cover in the unlikely event that your items may be damaged or lost in transit.

Orders received before 2:00pm are dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm are dispatched on the next working day, subject to stock availability.

If your item is not in stock, we will place the item on back order. You will be emailed with details of the expected delivery date as well as the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not to wait.

We do not charge for any item, including back ordered items, until it is ready to be shipped.
