You will be provided with a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. The confirmation email will detail your purchases and provide you with information regarding the delivery of your Goods. The confirmation email will simply indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
Acceptance of your order and therefore a contract between us will exist once an invoice has been raised. We have included this term to protect us in the event that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product. In the case of a change of price, we will contact you to ensure that the revised price is acceptable.
Product images used on the website are supplied by the manufacturers and distributors of the Goods. Therefore, Elisha Telecom cannot guarantee that the product images are an exact representation of the Goods purchased.
Payments can be made online or by telephone. We use HSBC to undertake our Credit Card processing and accept payment via all major Credit Cards. For your added convenience we also accept payment via PayPal. Payment can be made by Cash or Cheque by prior arrangement.
Tax and Duties
VAT will be applied to ALL UK orders at the current rate of 17.5%. Orders for Goods received from Buyers outside of the UK will be supplied without VAT and the Buyer will be responsible for all tax and duties imposed by the local authorities.

Elisha Telecom warrants that Goods supplied are of satisfactory quality.
Goods are guaranteed against defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
If the Buyer wishes to make a claim under this warranty, the Buyer shall give Elisha Telecom notice by email or registered post within 30 days of the discovery of the defect occurring. The Buyer will give Elisha Telecom a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Goods in question. If the Buyer makes any further use of the Goods after giving such notice or alters or repairs the Goods without the agreement of Elisha Telecom, Elisha Telecom shall not be liable for this breach of warranty.
Elisha Telecom's liability under the warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing the Goods in question or refunding the price of the Goods.
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods upon receipt and if the Goods are defective or damaged notify Elisha Telecom immediately via email requesting a Returns Document. The Goods should then be returned with the completed Returns Document, detailing the fault or issue, within 7 days of receipt of the Goods. Goods can only be returned if accompanied by a Returns Document.
If the Buyer does not contact Elisha Telecom with 7 days of receipt of the goods, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
Goods must be returned with the original packaging intact and unmarked.
Goods should then be placed in a separate delivery box so that no damage occurs to the original packaging during transportation.
Faulty Goods will be repaired or replaced as soon as possible and returned to the Buyer under the terms of the warranty. The cost of any postal charges incurred by the Buyer will be reimbursed. If for any reason the Goods cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be made available.
Goods that are found not to be faulty shall be returned to the Buyer and the Buyer will be liable for additional delivery charges.
